I think this would be a good code of behavior for the federal government too.
Imagine if the "administration" had to follow these rules.
Wyoming has become the first state with its own official code of behavior – a set of guidelines adopted from Jim Owen's "Cowboy Ethics: What Wall Street can Learn from the Code of the West."
The guidelines are:
1. Live each day with courage.
2. Take pride in your work.
3. Always finish what you start.
4. Do what has to be done.
5. Be tough but fair.
6. When you make a promise, keep it.
7. Ride for the brand. (In the case of our elected "rulers", this means put America first)
8. Talk less and say more.
9. Remember that some things aren't for sale.
10. Know where to draw the line.

I'd rather be a could-be if I cannot be an are; because a could-be is a maybe who is reaching for a star. I'd rather be a has-been than a might-have-been, by far; for a might have-been has never been, but a has was once an are. - Milton Berle

That code is over 2,000 yrs old. Maybe worded a little differently but means the same

Where does it say you can't lie, cheat and steal? Any banker worth his salt would be happy to adapt that code and continue business like normal.

Always finish what you start?
I rather correct an error.
